Singapore, 23 Jan 2018 – Parcel Perform, a Singapore-based e-commerce logistics start-up has raised US$1.1 million in seed funding.
The round was led by Wavemaker Partners (a venture capital firm headquartered in Singapore and Los Angeles), and participated by 500 Durians (the South-east Asian fund of California-based 500 Start-ups), as well as existing and new angel investors.
Parcel Perform will use the new capital for “worldwide growth” and to expand its product offering.
Its self-service software provides merchants with a branded tracking page for all their global and local carriers and offers them the opportunity to send shoppers continuous updates about the status of their shipment in real-time.
Merchants also have access to a comprehensive customer service interface. This round will also help drive merchants’ growth and improve customers’ loyalty.
