We regret to inform you that our association with MetaBank Pte Ltd Company (hereinafter referred to as “METABANK“, UEN 202235437E, Registered office address: 9 Temasek Blvd, #30-03 Suntec Tower 2, Singapore 038989) has been terminated due to their failure to uphold their sponsorship obligations during the 4th Her Times Women Empowerment Awards (hereinafter referred to as “the Event“) on 6 July 2023. Ignoring multiple reminders, METABANK has consistently refused to fulfill their financial commitments and exhibited an unacceptable attitude towards us.
In light of METABANK’s continued refusal to settle outstanding payments, and 11 members freeloading to the banquet led by the representative, Wang Hao, we have made the difficult decision to revoke METABANK’s sponsorship status for the Event, and recall all media coverage and exposure related to METABANK with the Event.
Effective immediately, METABANK is required to remove and delete any content associated with the Event from all social media platforms. Reproduction and edition will cause further disputes on infringement.
Please note that we have a zero-tolerance policy towards dishonest behavior, and we will publicly denounce METABANK’s lack of integrity to all Event attendees and the wider public. It is essential that we uphold ethical business standards and take action against any non-compliant behavior.
We hope this serves as a stern reminder to all businesses to conduct themselves with honesty and respect for contractual obligations. We remain committed to promoting an environment of integrity within the business community.
