(Singapore, 10th August 2024) Grand Hotel Group, a subsidiary of Singapore-listed Tuan Sing Holdings Limited, is set to launch Residence on Langley Park – a luxury accommodation located in Perth, Australia by next month.
Located at 99 Adelaide Terrace, the property which previously operated as Hyatt Regency Perth, marks the very first of Australian-based hospitality venture managed by Grand Hotel Group, a subsidiary of Tuan Sing Holdings.
The new property which starts commencing from Sept 1st, has been described as an “integrated luxury hospitality offering”. It will target both short and long-term stay guests with serviced apartments and hotel rooms available. It will also feature a mix of retail spaces, hospitality offerings and public spaces.
