Start your evening with a touch of whimsy. The Caprese Marshmallow makes for a playful amuse-bouche that surprises the palate. A Smoked Tuna & Vinegar Gelée Tartlet follows, where smoked tuna tartare, crème fraîche and tangy vinegar gelée come together in a crispy tart shell, setting the tone for an enchanting meal.

For the next course, savour the bold and unexpected harmony of Charred Octopus with beetroot. Smoky, sweet, and tangy notes converge in this creative composition, reflecting the complexities of love’s challenges and resolutions.

The main course offers a choice between two exceptional dishes. Opt for the Hazelnut Praline-Crusted Chilean Cod, where nutty richness complements the delicate seafood, or the Sher Wagyu Steak & Short Rib Pressé (+$15), a masterful showcase of contrasting techniques and robust flavours.

The evening culminates in a bittersweet finale with the Warm Chocolate Tart, where high quality 62% Valrhona dark chocolate is paired with house-made salted caramel and accompanied by a refreshing yuzu sorbet, provides the perfect balance of richness and zest to end the meal on a high note.

Similar to the four-course menu, the five-course menu also includes the Caprese Marshmallow, Smoked Tuna & Vinegar Gelée Tartlet, Charred Octopus, Hazelnut Praline-Crusted Chilean Cod or Sher Wagyu Steak & Short Rib Pressé and Warm Chocolate Tart.

But to celebrate this romantic occasion, those dining at Meadesmoore on Valentine’s Day will get to enjoy an extra treat — a decadent Caviar & Crab Bavarois. The luxurious dish pairs opulent caviar with a savoury crab panna cotta. This innovative interpretation of a classic dessert delivers a sophisticated experience for the senses.
