(10.02.2025, Singapore)Perennial Holdings has secured a state property at 106 Jervois Road to establish Singapore’s first private integrated rehabilitation and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) sanctuary.
The Sanctuary, housed in a historic colonial house with expansive grounds, will offer a comprehensive suite of Western and TCM treatments, focusing on integrative rehabilitation and frailty prevention and management.

The Sanctuary will cater to a wide range of senior’s health needs. It will offer preventive treatments for healthy seniors to maintain strength and resilience, as well as post-care treatments to support recovery from illnesses, surgeries, and chronic conditions. These treatments will include pain and Parkinson’s disease management, stroke, cardiac, neurological, and cancer rehabilitation, as well as post-orthopaedic surgery and musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation.
A multidisciplinary team of Western medical specialists and TCM physicians will provide personalized health plans for seniors, following a thorough assessment of their care needs. The Sanctuary’s rehabilitation center will feature advanced robotics-assisted therapy technology and a complete suite of rehabilitation equipment to deliver physiotherapy, occupational, speech, and behavioral therapies.

In addition to rehabilitation treatments, the Sanctuary will offer pain-related treatments and TCM therapies such as acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, moxibustion, and TCM herbal medicine. It will also house the first private Gym Tonic studio, a strength training program designed to prevent frailty and disability in seniors.
